What size should I order? Please see our sizing guide for more details and suggestions for fit. Our sizes range from S - 2XL. These are unisex tees. Women should order one size down from their regular size for a slimmer fit. All customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts prior to purchases. Some tee designs are on women's fitted t-shirt please read closely or contact us for questions.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  Normal processing/shipping time is 7-10 business days. If you need your items by a certain day, please email us to ensure we can get your order out by then! Email us at info@vibrantprestige.com. Note* Shipping begins after processing.

Do you offer package tracking? Yes. We will provide you with the tracking details once your package is shipped.

Do you accept returns/exchanges? Most of our items are handmade to order. Which means it is made with love just for you, when you order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. Due to COVID-19 and our intent to ensure health and safety, we do not accept exchanges until further notice. All sales are final. If for some reason your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Contact us directly for exchange request at info@vibrantprestige.com. In the subject line type 'Exchange Request' and within the email please include your order number.

Are there any specific care instructions for T-Shirts? Yes, please follow these instructions to keep your tee looking Vibrant:

•  Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
• Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. DO NOT IRON the printed area directly.
• Drying: Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

Do you offer a variety t-shirt color? All tee colors that are listed on the website are currently the colors we offer. Sign up for our email list to be notified when new colors become available.

Do you offer tees larger than 2x? Email us at info@vibrantprestige.com to request larger sizes or inquire or request about special tee size. Include Tee Size Request in the subject field.

What brand shirts do you print on?  Our goal is to always provide high quality shirts, 100% cotton, soft-style, with a relaxed but tapered fit. Shirts are true to size based on our sizing chart, they are also fashionable and slim fit. 

Do you offer coupons or discounts? Sign up for our mailing list and be on the look offer discounts and coupon codes. Discounts can and will not be applied to a previous purchase. Only one discount code may be applied per purchase and must be applied at time of purchase. This means that once your order has been processed no discount codes can be applied.
